On the Wild Side
Part 4 of my journey through the images I’ve been lucky enough to capture since taking up photography as a hobby two years ago. Nearly all were shot in and around Wythe County, Virginia, many of them in our back yard. Some evenings we have whitetail deer within 10 yards of the house and my wife’s feeder collection (I call it Burd Town.) always draws a crown to the maple tree right outside our bedroom window.

When I see these beautiful pictures it looks like I’m walking in the forest!
It’s all so beautiful!
Thank you for sharing your moments in nature, honey.
Good weekend.
A warm hug.

I don’t feed the birds anymore (wish I did), but we live at the edge of the woods, so we still get a lot of wildlife. Two years ago, a fawn spent a lot of time UNDER our back deck!

No doubt it will surprise you immensely to know I totally loved the deer and want to take them home for furry cuddles! Slideshow’s looking very cool too
Tried it in my blog but the layout wasn’t conducive at all and it spread out right across the whole page! You have such beautiful wildlife on your side of the pond
